Where are we from?

cckmerch is based in Singapore. 

Are albums purchased counted in the charts and is it official?

All albums sales are counted in the charts. All items are official and authentic purchased directly from Korea unless stated otherwise. 

What is the currency stated on this website?

All prices are stated in SGD ($).

Orders

When will my orders arrive and when I will able to collect?

For new releases, 
3 - 4 weeks after released date 

Please note that this is just an estimation, and there might be delays due to other reasons such as custom clearance and awaiting for restock. 

Email will be sent out to inform regarding collection details upon arrival. You can then fill up the form in the email to choose a time slot and location to collect the item. For postage, items will be posted out in a week upon arrival to your address.

How do I know if my payment and order are verified?

You will received an email once your payment is verified. 

Is Shipping fees included?

Yes, except local mailing. 

Are posters rolled or folded?

Posters are rolled and will be given in rolled form if you opt for meet-ups. For postage, if you would like your poster to be rolled, please select courier with poster tube option, otherwise your poster will be mailed folded.

Is the poster still available? Can I get a refund if the poster is not available?

Posters are meant as free gift and there will not be any refund if the poster is out of print. 

Kindly note that ALL posters are given according to availability. Poster availability might be limited even though order was placed with the pre-order period.

If you want to secure your poster, please make sure to submit order and make your payment before the pre order deadline stated. Poster is subjected to availability after the released date.

This apply for any other pre-order benefits provided by the manufacturer / company.

What if the items I ordered are out of stock?

A refund will be done for the out of stock item. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has been mailed out.

Normal Mailing - No tracking available
Registered Mailing - Singpost
Courier - Parknparcel, QXPRESS 

Collection & Payment

How can I make my payment?

Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit / I-Banking 

  • Please keep a copy of the receipt as details on the receipt are required to verify your payment 

    PayNow / PayLah!

    • Please remember to screenshot your transaction as you will be required to upload it to verify your payment

    PayPal (Overseas Buyer)

    • You will be contacted to proceed with payment via the email sent after you placed your order

    Cash on Delivery 

    • We do not allow COD for orders on the website.

    How do I verify my payment?

    Please verify your payment through the Payment Verification Form.

    You will received an email once your payment is verified. Payment will be verified within 24 ~ 48 hours. 

    How can I collect my items?

    Meet-up

    Mass Meet at Woodlands MRT

    • Details will be send via email upon items arrival.

    • Self-collection at Woodlands S730579

    • Details will be send via email upon items arrival.
        

    Postage

     • Normal mailing (Singpost)

    → Parcels will be mailed within 1 week upon items arrival. Items will be mailed when your full order has arrived, hence if you would like to receive it in two separate parcels, please submit the order form separately. Items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. There is no Tracking number.  cckmerch will not be liable in cases of lost/damaged mails.

    • Registered Mailing (Singpost)

    → Parcels will be mailed within 1 week upon items arrival. Items will be mailed when your full order has arrived, hence if you would like to receive it in two separate parcels, please submit the order form separately. Items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. Tracking number is provided. cckmerch will not be liable in cases of lost/damaged mails.

     Courier (Parknparcel/Qxpress)

    → Parcels will be mailed within 1 week upon items arrival. Items will be mailed when your full order has arrived, hence if you would like to receive it in two separate parcels, please submit the order form separately. Items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. Tracking number is providedcckmerch will not be liable in cases of lost/damaged mails.

     

    What if I can’t make it for any of the meet-ups?

    Please note that item will be kept for a maximum of 1 month. Please opt for postage if you are unable to make it for any of the meet-ups after the holding period. Items will be confiscated after the deadline and there is strictly no extension given. 

    What happened if I failed to turn up for scheduled meet-up?

    Kindly note that meet-up details will be sent via whatsapp/text message on the meet up day. Rescheduled is only allowed at least 2 Hours before the meet. Your items will be changed automatically to postage (charges accordingly) if failed to turn up according to the scheduled timing. We will not be able to schedule another meet for this order. 

    Return, Exchange & Cancellations

    Can I cancel my orders?

    No cancellation will be allowed after your payment is verified.

    Kindly note that your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not done within 24 hours after submitting your order. 

    Return & Exchange

    There will be no refund or exchange if the item is damage during the process of mailing. Items will be protected with bubble wrap to reduce damage.

    As all items listed are sold in sealed condition, kindly note that we will not be liable for any missing item(s) or manufacturer’s defects in the album as long as the items are sealed, unless it is a mass production error in which entertainment companies will compensate for. 

    For any defected/wrong goods, please email cckmerchs@gmail.com with the unboxing video attached. Exchange/replacement (if possible) will only be considered when unboxing video is provided. Otherwise, any exchange/replacement request will not be entertained.

    We seek your understanding that outbox is a protective agent to protect the contents and dents / scratches on outbox are not applicable for exchange or return. 

    Refunds will only be done if the item(s) is/are out of stock.
