By purchasing from CCKMERCH, you will be deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to ALL terms as stated below.

ALL PRODUCTS LISTED DIFFERS BETWEEN PRE-ORDER AND INSTOCKS. PRE-ORDER REQUIRED waiting time of up to 3-4 weeks from RELEASE DATE not point of payment purchase. Instocks are under INSTOCKS page. 

CCKMERCH WILL ONLY KEEP YOUR ITEMS FOR 1 MONTH AFTER ARRIVAL
This is calculated according to the date of our collection email. No last warning will be given, and buyers are responsible to collect their items before the deadline. 

ONLY PLACE YOUR ORDER IF YOU ARE 100% SURE
All payments must be completed within 24 hours. Please contact us if an extension is needed.

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
Refunds/cancellations will only be available if the product(s) is/are out of stock. In this case, a full refund will be given for the out of stock item(s).

ALL PRICES ARE ONE-TIME PAYMENT
However, please note that in some instances a top up might be required in the event that the purchased product exceeds its estimated weight or there is an increase in shipping fees.

PRICES OF PREORDERS/INSTOCKS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
Displayed prices are fixed.

COLLECTION/ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION WILL ONLY BE SENT ONCE ALL THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER ARRIVED
Collection/Arrival email will only be sent once all the pre-order items arrives. Kindly place separate orders for multiple pre-order items for individual arrival collection.

If your order includes Instocks & Pre-Order items, your shipment will only be sent out/ready for collection once the all pre-ordered items are in stock.

POSTER(S) & PREORDER BENEFIT(S) IS/ARE GIVEN BASED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS ACCORDING TO WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED
Poster(s) & Preorder Benefit(s) are limited to pre-order only for almost all circumstances. In order to increase your chance of securing them, it is strongly advisable to place your order before the stated deadline. NO refund will be given if they are unavailable for your order.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FACTORY SEALED. DELIVERY AND OUTER PACKAGING ARE PROTECTIVE AGENT TO PROTECT YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT(S).
Discolouring/scratches may be present on the products/inclusions/plastic wrapping due to the factory manufacturing process. NO exchanges/refunds allowed for such instances (e.g. discolouring/scratches/dented areas on the sealed albums, scratches on photocards, missing inclusions, loose wrapping of the product by manufacturer)

PRODUCT CONTENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Product contents are determined by the respective company. ALL items are factory-sealed and CCKMERCH will not be responsible for any manufacturing errors or damages (e.g. missing content/internal damages). NO exchanges/refunds will be given for any issues deemed as manufacturing errors.

PLEASE CHECK THAT ALL ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED ALL ITEMS BEFORE LEAVING THE COLLECTION VENUE
No exchange/refunds will be given for any products that are found to have been damaged/missing after leaving the collection venue.

CCKMERCH IS COMMITTED TO ENSURING ITEMS ARE PREPARED FOR DELIVERY
Thick bubble wrap is used to protect all our products for shipping. CCKMERCH will not be liable for any lost/damaged parcels in transit. 

Please opt for courier/registered mailing so your parcels are trackable. Please purchase a poster tube if you wish to avoid damage to your poster(s), as well.

Returned package for unclaimed/incorrect address will be charged again. Video proof MUST be provided for any missing orders in the package
