Are albums purchased counted in the charts and is it official?

All album sales are counted towards the charts.
All items are official and authentic, purchased directly from Korea unless stated otherwise.

What is the currency stated on this website?
All prices are listed in SGD ($).

Orders

When will my orders arrive and when I will able to collect?

For new releases, the estimated arrival time is 3–4 weeks after the release date.

Please note that this is just an estimate, and delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance or restocking.

You will receive an email with collection details upon the item's arrival. In the email, you can fill out a form to choose a time slot and location for collection. For postage, items will be shipped to your address within one week of arrival.

How do I know if my payment and order are verified?

You will receive an email once your payment is verified. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Is Shipping fees included?

Yes, except for local mailing.

Are posters rolled or folded?

Posters are rolled and will be given in rolled form if you opt for meet-ups. For postage, if you would like your poster to be rolled, please select the courier with poster tube option. Otherwise, your poster will be mailed folded.

Is the poster still available? Can I get a refund if the poster is not available?

Posters are considered a free gift and will not be refunded if they are out of print.

Please note that all posters are given based on availability, and poster stock may be limited even if the order is placed within the pre-order period.

To secure your poster, please ensure that you submit your order and complete payment before the pre-order deadline. Posters are subject to availability after the release date.

This policy applies to any other pre-order benefits provided by the manufacturer or company.

What if the items I ordered are out of stock?

A refund will be issued for any out-of-stock items.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been mailed out.

For courier, we use ParknParcel and SPX Express.

Collection & Payment

How can I make my payment?

Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit / I-Banking
Please keep a copy of the receipt, as the details on it are required to verify your payment.

PayNow / PayLah!
Remember to screenshot your transaction, as you will need to upload it for payment verification.

PayPal (Overseas Buyer)
You will be contacted via email to proceed with payment after placing your order.

Cash on Delivery
We do not allow COD for orders placed on the website.

How do I verify my payment?

Please verify your payment through the Payment Verification Form.

You will receive an email once your payment is verified. Payment verification will be completed within 24 hours.

How can I collect my items?

  • The details will be sent via email upon the arrival of your items.
     

Postage

• Registered Mailing (Singpost)

 Courier (Parknparcel/SPX Express)

Parcels will be mailed within 1 week of the items' arrival. Items will be shipped once your full order has arrived. If you'd like to receive your items in two separate parcels, please submit separate order forms.
All items will be packed with bubble wrap to prevent damage. A tracking number will be provided.
CCKMERCH will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcels.

What if I can’t make it for any of the meet-ups?

Please note that items will be kept for a maximum of 1 month. If you are unable to make it to any of the meet-ups within the holding period, please opt for postage. Items not collected by the deadline will be confiscated, and there will be no extensions allowed.

What happened if I failed to turn up for scheduled meet-up?

Kindly note that meet-up details will be provided in the self-collection form. Rescheduling is only allowed at least 2 hours before the scheduled meet-up.

If you fail to turn up at the scheduled time, your items will automatically be switched to postage (additional charges may apply). Unfortunately, we will not be able to schedule another self-collection for this order. Please understand that we cannot always accommodate waiting for a no-show on scheduled collections.

Return, Exchange & Cancellations

Can I cancel my orders?

No cancellations will be allowed once your payment is verified.

Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 24 hours after submitting your order or by the preorder deadline stated.

Return & Exchange

There will be no refund or exchange if the item is damaged during the mailing process. Items will be protected with bubble wrap to minimize the risk of damage.

As all items listed are sold in sealed condition, please note that we will not be liable for any missing items or manufacturer defects in the album, provided the items remain sealed. Exceptions apply only in cases of mass production errors, for which entertainment companies will provide notice and compensation.

For any defective or incorrect goods, please email cckmerchs@gmail.com with the unboxing video attached. An exchange or replacement (if available) will only be considered if the unboxing video is provided. Without the video, exchange or replacement requests will not be entertained.

We seek your understanding that the outbox serves as a protective agent for the contents, and dents or scratches on the outbox are not grounds for exchange or return.

Refunds will only be issued if the item(s) is/are out of stock.
