Refund policy

Collection 
We will only keep your order up to 30 days from the date of our collection email once your order is for collection. Buyer is responsible to book the available collection slot or opt for courier within 30 days. No reminder will be send on uncollected order. All uncollected orders will be disposed and payment will not be refunded either in full or partial. 

Refunds
We will only process refund if your ordered item(s) is/are out of stock. An email will be send to notify you that we are not able to secure your item. Full refund will be given for the out of stock ordered item(s).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are send wrongly. In the case of receiving the wrong items, send us an email at cckmerchs@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Outbox is a protective cover to protect the contents and there is no exchange or refunds due to any contamination or damages that may occur during distribution process 
Discolouring/scratches may be present on the products/inclusions/plastic wrapping due to the factory manufacturing process. NO exchanges/refunds allowed for such instances (e.g. discolouring/scratches/dented areas on the sealed albums, scratches on photocards, missing inclusions, loose wrapping of the product by manufacturer)

There will be no refund or exchange if the item is damage during the process of mailing. Items will be protected with bubble wrap to reduce damage.

For meet-up, buyers are advised to check on the spot. Exchange will only be done if the item is heavily damaged. There will be no refund or exchange once you left the venue. Kindly note that minor scratches or dents on outbox are not considered as heavily damaged and will not be applicable for exchange or return. 

As all items listed are sold in sealed condition, kindly note that we will not be liable for any missing item(s) or manufacturer’s defects in the album unless it is a mass production error in which entertainment companies will compensate for.
